Our Story

OUR STORY began in 1906, over a century ago, when our bisnonno (great-grandfather), Giuseppe Becucci, set out on a journey that would define a family legacy. Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena, Giuseppe’s humble eatery quickly became a favorite stop for travelers seeking a warm meal made from the freshest local ingredients.

As word of his hospitality spread, Giuseppe expanded the experience. Within the same building, he built rooms, offering travelers not only a place to dine but a place to rest. This fusion of authentic Tuscan cooking and heartfelt hospitality became the foundation of our family’s tradition. This hotel-restaurant became Bellavista Impruneta.

For over four generations, the Becucci family has stayed true to Giuseppe’s vision—preserving his commitment to quality and authenticity while shaping a new legacy. Today, our dedication to sharing Italy’s rich flavors continues to grow, bringing the warmth and taste of Tuscany to tables far beyond our beloved hills.

Welcome to Bellavista Bottega, founded by Matteo and Alex, the fourth generation of the Becucci family. They’ve reimagined our family’s tradition, delivering Italy’s finest foods directly to discerning customers across America, while staying true to the values that guided Giuseppe: authenticity, craftsmanship, and a passion for excellence.
