Delivery Box Subscriptions:
- Delivery box subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles.
- After the initial 3-billing period, you may cancel your subscription at any time
- If a delivery box has already been shipped (even after the 3-billing minimum period), we are unable to process refunds for that shipment

Bellavista Bottega ships products from Italy to the United States via DHL. We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or shipping carrier issues.

For orders under $2,500, Bellavista Bottega will handle all customs and import duties. For orders exceeding $2,500, any duties or taxes imposed by U.S. customs are the responsibility of the customer.
