This young version of the iconic Pecorino offers a perfect balance between intensity and freshness: firm yet creamy, with a slightly tangy profile and a clean, milky finish.

Recognized and protected by the DOP seal, this cheese is produced only in specific regions of Lazio, Sardinia, and the province of Grosseto, following strict regulations that ensure its authenticity and purity. The short aging period enhances its versatility—ideal for shaving over pasta, melting into sauces, or enjoying as a table cheese with honey, fruit, or cured meats.
